I found generally it wasn't the seal causing the pistons to bind but corrosion on the calipers internal portion that was pushing the seals out.
How to maintain the calipers and brakes can anyone explaine or put a DIY to me about it ?

I ride all year round and in winters there is assive amounts of salt on the road. Conclusion is that after 2 years or so my rear brake from the ninja got stuck and had to renew it in shop. Now got my XT and waqnt to prevent this from happening. Can I just remove the brake and clean as much as possible with brake cleaner or isn't this any good for the rubber sealings ???
