That's not normal. It could be a multitude of things and they are always hard to pinpoint from a video.

It's definitely not bottom end (bearings, loose crank nut etc.) as that would be more of a rumble or knock. It sounds too light to be valves, or the notorious decompression pin in the cam. Appears to me more like the sort of high frequency ticking you get from leaking combustion gases. From what I can tell it gets more pronounced as you pass over the right hand side of the engine. Could be something as simple as the spark plug has worked loose and is allowing a slight compression leak? Had this before on a few vehicles thinking something more serious was amiss. Check its seated properly.

However, if you've got warranty left, then use it! Take it in and get it checked over.
