I reckon it'll solve the problem once I turn the tyre around too, as that seems to have been fitted in the wrong direction!

It wasn't Bill Smith actually - I stopped going there after they screwed me around during a simple service and caused me a lot of hassle. I'm guessing you've some experience with them?
