I take it you're referring to Tapatalk?

I use Tapatalk Pro and found that the notifications dried up a while back, but then realised that Tapatalk had changed so that only users registered with Tapatalk (not just the forum your using through it) can get them. Even then you will only receive notifications from your forums if you stay logged in to Tapatalk.

Make sure you have a registered and active account with Tapatalk and it stays permanently logged in.

The above might not even work at all if you have the basic Tapatalk app?
