Funny how, with the adrenaline flowing, you don't notice you're hurt! Good that's all you're nursing - could have been far worse.
As for the bike, things I'd check would be:
- Wheel trueness
- Rim damage
- Tyre damage
- Bent/loose spokes
- Bent fork stanchions
- Cracked fork legs round axle pinch bolts
- Miss-aligned forks in yokes
- Headstock bearings
- Cracked mudguard mounts
