Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! I had it apart again today,lifted the tank to see if I could hear it prime (I'm a little hard of hearing) as I turned it over it started! Put the tank back and it stops.I then played with the white connector into the pump and it fired albeit intermittently.Thanks to your advice I now know the fault is in the pump but does it sound like the motor or a bad connection?
