it was a fun ride, i have warm RST adventure gear and heated grips. the only thing that was cold was my boots but i changed to dry socks at the mansfield pub. i'll head back that way in a month when it is deep snow. they best thing i did was install a Pirelli rally front tyre @16psi, the bike tracked perfectly in the mud and snow.
