That's Unusual
I'm surprised anybody has had bad service from Metal Mule.
They pulled out all the stops last year when we were let down so badly by Touratech UK. We rang MM on the Thursday, they fabricated 2 sets of panniers for us the next day, courriered them to us on Saturday and we received them on the Monday.
We lost a bolt off one of the racks earlier this year (due to an accident) and emailed MM as we live in Spain. They responded to ALL of our emails within an hour and got replacement bolts in the post to us within the week.
I've never come across a company as helpful as Metal Mule. Speak to either Paul or Stuart and they will sort you out.
For reference, Metal Mules are expensive, they they're worth every penny and everybody who has seen ours say they are far superior to Touratechs.
