I had the GS, more or less got it sorted then ankle biters came along and I sold it. Bit more time now, and fancy green laning a bit more, if I can find decent routes around me. Have been in a bit of Dilemma as what to get really, always liked the XT when I had the 800GS went on a couple of runs with the adventure bike rider forum and they always looked good.

My choices were R1200GS, 800GS again, KTM990 adventure and the XT. Difficult trying to find a one bike fits all, but hoping the XT is it
