The "Harz" ist a different area, in the middle of Germany. The highest point in the Harz is the "Brocken" (1141 Meter`s on the summit). The mountains in the film are in the south of Bavaria on the border to Austria. The highest Point in the Film with the Motorbike was at 1128 Meters on the "Spitzingsattel". The summit of the mountain there are around 2000 meters.
