Thanks for that Pleiades, I'm lead to believe it's a 1932 model & Dads mate Barry did have an old photo of the bike at Brands Hatch but don't know if it was competing or posing in the car park!
Wow, the bike mixed the oil for you, unlike a much later BSA Bantam I had then which had a measuring cup on the underside of the petrol tank fuel cap to mix the 2 stroke oil.
