XT660Z Speedo problem
Evening-2 quick questions if I may...
1.My chain snapped recently - I pulled the clutch in immediately. No damage reported to the engine; but I started the bike up- after removing the chain & the speedo is reading 6-8 MPH in neutral when I rev the bike.
I imagine its a problem with the speedo sensor; which I suspect has been "****ted" by the chain!. Is this an easy fix or is it a new one & if so- where from & how hard are they to change ( diagrams if possible please!)
2.Chain guards- The original one is no more!- can you please recommend a metal replacement or does anyone have a plastic original one they might consider selling please?
I was not sure if I should post this in the Kevs Mods section.
