my mate makes steel side covers for CRF's etc. they come out pretty trick, so Im getting him to knock up some for the XTX. heres a few pics of what he does before painting. notice how smooth the lines are? no need for much fill and he curls the edges and adds what ever you like to trick up the covers.. http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...psm4m6eyiv.jpg
