on the front you a break the bead on both sides nice and easy with only your hands, but with the safety bead on the rear are you still looking to break both sides at the beginning? it looks like once the bead is popped both sides should be sitting in the dish. which seems a little crowded for trying the get leavers in, or do you just pop one bead do that side then pop the other?
I'll be removing a e07 to fit a e09 both very stiff.

I've changed two rear E09's on my XTR...no experience with an 07. I will say the experience (using levers) of removing and fitting the 09 is/was liberating. I love the tyre and do all my own work...but, some jobs are just best left to the professional!
