I'm six footish and have the Touratat version of the same seat. The extra height takes a little getting used to, but nothing significant and you soon adapt to the different position.
I could manage about 100 miles, maybe an hour and half in the saddle, before aches and pains set in with the stock seat. With the Kahedo/TT version a full days riding is possible without any butt or back trouble. IMHO, well worth the investment.
FYI I got the TT seat from
here. It worked out massively cheaper, even cheaper than the Kahedo one direct (and saves all the faff exchanging your seat base) what with the favourable exchange rates at the moment.
