I bought the 200 for the Wales trip. It's my first tent so don't really have anything to compare it to, quality wise. It was 100% waterproof and easy to put up.
I'd have to second the suggestion to get the 300 though. If I had my time again I would. It was very cramped in there with my kit and luggage but possibly worse than that is that I was ever so slightly too tall for it (and you're taller than I am). I couldn't sit up inside and when lying flat my feet and head both touched.
I'll definitely be buying a tarp for my next trip. At least then I can stick my feet out the end of the tent.
