Hey chaps

What I'd really like to do is to swap my XTR for a Duke 690 but with a �100 budget, I'm not quite there!

So ... first thing to try to improve on the XTR are the hopeless brakes. So, what's the first thing to do, sintered pads or braided hoses? I'm looking for the biggest bang for my meagre bucks. Maybe it'll be pads AND hoses to get any real improvement?

If anyone also has recommendations on particular products i.e. EBC sintered pads or Goodridge hoses, that would be good to hear.

I plan to order all the bits up this week and next weekend turn my XTR from a foot-dragger into a stoppie monster.
