Yep - MTC 's are way too loud for me too. The O2 controller is a small black box that plugs in between the sensor and the loam - should be under the tank/behind the radiator on the left hand side. MTC can supply baffles to lessen the racket but it does effect airflow. Glad you like the bike. Vibrations are normal but worse if the bar end weights have been taken off.
