i did run the 14/45 for a few weeks and just found it too snatchy but that was before a PC5 and stage 1 filter. but was fantastic going slow.

I need to keep sensible road abilities so can't go to low.

but i have noticed the gap between the lower gears is to big say between 1st and 2nd.
