Smile picking a tenere up on your own

Hi folks well i finaly found a nice soft bit of ground to practice picking my bike up on. First attempt was a failure couldnt get past 30 degrees, second attempt using brute strength and ignorance success but my back knew about it!! After a few minutes pondering I altered the angle of lift success! and much easier. a couple more lifts and I had finaly cracked it and it was surprisingly easy. The secret is stand facing the bike grab the handle bar which should be against the tank and grab the rear grab rail then leaning OVER the bike PUSH the bike away from you using your legs!! you lever it up rather than lift it. I really recommend practicing this because if it goes over off road and is at an awkward angle you will not be able to lift it on your own without this technique to fall back on.
