Good to see the broken ribs aren't holding you back at all Greatescape. Sound's like project Tenere is full steam ahead.
I'm still running my Ten on Tourances, they got a bit over 2000k's on them still pretty happy with them myself. Riding gravel / dirt roads at 28psi seemed to work best and perform well within my capabilities, also had to stop a few times for my mate on his V-Strom to catch up so they will do for the time being.
The Kev mod is a must as you say & don't forget the O2 controller too. Fitted mine after first service, dead easy to fit and really improve's the ride.
