As Petenz says, there isn't any point in getting pivoting pegs unless you spend more of your time standing than sitting. The idea is they just rock fore and aft to allow you to lean forward/back yet still maintain a flat foot on the peg. I think there's a video demo on the Pivot Pegz web site?

To be honest they've been brilliant and they are only a few quid more than the Chinese pivot peg copies.

Really well made, two levels of height adjustment and they are both wider and longer than the standard pegs by some margin. They also have detachable rubbers, unlike Pivot Pegz, which does make your feet feel less tingly on a long run.

I'll try and get a photo of them on the bike with an OE rest next to it for comparisson.
