It is now �5 cheaper and didn't have "Ryde" written on the lid so I'm not definite it's the same. I took the gamble and bought a cheap "Non Professional" set as I only needed to change one chain and after 4 years, I thought I'm not going to need it again for a while. Nothing broke or bent and it seems to be a pretty well made bit of kit so it is ready for the next time I need it . As the reviews state there are no instruction but after watching a few Youtube videos it is very obvious what bits do what.The key bit of advice is to take your time as you squeeze the link together, checking tightness as you go. I cut the old chain off with a junior hacksaw so I don't know about the tool's chain splitting abilities.
