There are posters on here who will suggest it's all about technique, which is ******** I'm afraid..unless you're Geoff Capes it's simply unusable. Don't be afraid of cutting the side stand down.. I did mine with a hacksaw and took it to the local blacksmith who welded it for a tenner.....it's a very simple job. You should get it done ASAP before you're bike falls over.
