Hi, bought mine new in June and had it lowered...forget the centre stand...mine came with one fitted and after lowering it was virtually impossible to use. There are posters on here who will suggest it's all about technique, which is ******** I'm afraid..unless you're Geoff Capes it's simply unusable. Don't be afraid of cutting the side stand down.. I did mine with a hacksaw and took it to the local blacksmith who welded it for a tenner.....it's a very simple job. You should get it done ASAP before you're bike falls over.
