Hi, if it's number 12 in the picture then it's not a separate bolt as it's welded to the lower handlebar clamp so can't be replaced with an aftermarket bolt. The whole handlebar clamp can be replaced for an aftermarket clamp that has a separate bolt, but your looking at about �30-�40 for a set.

How badly bent is it? I bent mine previously and rode like that for a long time. I eventually took it off and bent it back in a clamp. Be careful though as it's pretty soft and could crack/snap where it attaches to the handlebar clamp, so I heated it up before and applied very light pressure to bend it back slowly.
