I want to get some crash bars but I think I will give the Givi's a miss if they are cracking! Good luck getting them sorted...

Just been thinking about the problem and I don't know how the Givi's are fixed to the frame but the frame must be flexing to make the bars crack? It may be worth trying to get some anti-vibe fixings to replace the standard bolts (I have not seen them for years but we used to use them on water pumps etc that were driven by electric/petrol motors). Maybe you could fit a rubber washer and nylock bolts to it allows the bike frame to flex without flexing the crash bars?
