CR250 forks are all but a bolt in fit... use the same bottom bearing as the XT..
top bearing can be bought of the shelf... Makeing steering stops are also dead esy , then just drill 2 holes in the lower yoke to bolt them on....
The only thing to keep in mined MX forks have 300mm of travel but
the XT only has around 200mm of ground clearance...
I had mine revalved / travel reduced to 240mm....

Top.... 32906 , 30mm/47mm/12mm
Bottom... 32006 , 30mm/55mm/17mm
