Try MCE, I had good luck with them. I'm 31, live in London and park on the public road. On top of that I only got my full licence last August.
I paid �480 for 15 month coverage (3 months for free), it's third party, fire and theft policy. I also have European 3P coverage, including Morocco
, ZERO excess and some leathers and helmet coverage whatever that is.... I've been also told that it will all go down to �330 next year if I don't crash till then
