Gas_Up_Lets_Go is on a distinguished road
The Handel Crown (the top yolk assembly) is a composite part - so you can't buy separate items normally.

The Holder (clamp, lower) bolts through the Crown, but it is not a metal to metal contact. The holes in the crown are rather large and filled with a rubber bung with a hole down the middle, at the top and bottom is a metal washer.

Is it the washer that is misaligned?

Or, is it the hole through the rubber?

I suspect it is actually the washer, and even if it is the rubber it can still be re-aligned.

You need to remove the washers, check they aren't worn (which could happen if the bolts aren't the correct torque and movement occurs.
The part number for the washers is 90201-10141 and should only cost pennies (but who knows with Mr Yamaha !)

There is lots of movement in the Holder, the strength comes from the clamps being fixed to the bars rather than the fixing to the Crown (Yolk).

Check your bars, they do get out of geometry rather easily, it cold be that they are twisted slightly, or bent in the middle - it won't take much to throw it out at the ends.

Once you know that your washers are right, assemble everything loosely, as has been suggested, turn to full lock and push the bars until you think they are aligned correctly, tighten up your bar clamps, bring the steering back and check. This will be trial and error for the most part and you'll need to do it a few times to get it right.

I doubt the Crown is out, these are mass produced parts that have been cast/machined I can't see one part being out, only full batches. My money is on the washers and some brut force to get it straight again.

Or, you could buy a new Crown, washers, Holder and bars.... but that's a bit excessive for a small issue (even if it does get right on your dander!)
