To be honest I have no idea, motorcycle towing laws in UK state that you can tow with any motorcycle with an engine over 125cc capacity so I'm guessing you could tow even on a restricted license?? I've yet to find any info regarding license requirements.
Tbh I got fed up of looking, spent a few hours trawling direct.gov websites, and practicing my Googlefoo but to no avail.
And I thought about sleeping in it but its too small for my portly figure haha, but you could easily make a trailer tent under the weight requirements, maybe next winter I'll do that haha.
