Unfortunately the part you have butchered to get the LED bulb to fit is a unique part of the headlamp/sidelight loom and not available separately. A new loom is about �40 in the UK, which is realistically the only way to go, unless you can somehow use spade connectors and make something out of a plastic washer to wedge the bulb in place?

I take it that the LED headlight idea wasn't a roaring success then?
