Officially the Sachs shock is non-serviceable (other than changing the spring). However, if you search hard, you might just find someone who is prepared to do it?
It probably isn't worth spending any money on though because the OE shock is fairly sh!t anyway, even when in full working order. You'd be far better off putting the money you'd spend on getting it serviced towards a new "better" shock. A good aftermarket shock will have far better damping, a higher quality spring, more adjustment, spare parts availability and it will be properly rebuildable. Take a look at Yacugar/Hyperpro or Nitron as good quality, cost effective alternatives to the more pricy offerings from Ohlins and Wilbers.
