They fit with my Yam handguards, I know the BarkBusters are a bit deeper.
The only slight problem I have is that the muff tends to touch the Full beam switch... only lightly but this is a bit annoying.

The reason why I went for the R319 is so that I could decide where the bar end comes through the material.

With the other version, the bar end hole is pre-designated.

You'll want to fit bar ends through them, as when taking your hand in and out (especially clutch side) I find the 'muff' material can get a bit caught and move the whole bag around on the bar.

I have excess material to go around the mirror and cabling, (easily sorted out with cable ties) so you should be OK in that respect.

They do have a stiffening material on the front but I think it should accomodate the BarkBusters.

These are popular items though, so even if you buy a set and find it doesn't fit, I'm sure you'll get a good re-sale value on eBay.
