Wow, you all gave GREAT advice! Really, I did not expect to get such QUALITY feedback. I really have to thank you all, this is helping me for real giving me some serious food for thought.
The reason I want to lean more confidently is double. My goal is to "become one with my bike", I want to know where I can get to with it just as I intuitively know how far I can jump wit my legs or where my arms will reach. I feel a strong passion for biking, I want to become a proficient biker and will not push it, because my second goal is safety in all conditions. Hence, I must foresee the bike behaviour in any scenario of speed, angle and road conditions. Knowing the limit is my way to keep reasonably distant from it.
If I wanted to be the fastest, I would have chosen another bike ;-)
Anyway, I feel I'm getting better every day, and I'm enjoying every minute on the Ten!
