All manner of bikes have adjustable RWU 43mm forks. The trick is going to be finding some that are approximately the right length and travel.

XR650L might be a good bet. Not modern levels of adjustability, but more adjustment than the ones you've got.

You'll need to mess around with wheel spacers, but that's relatively straightforward to get some machined up compared with custom yokes or steering stems.
