Selina and I use the Scala G4's and on our rides we can be gone for 10 hours and the battery life is still good for another days riding, with it paired to my phone for music all day. Sound is ok, not hifi quality and lacks bass but this can be adjusted to a certain degree for the music if your player has eq on it. To be honest we don't talk a great deal over the intercom as I get a bollocking for knocking her music off and her phone can't restart after the vox cuts out, my iphone works fine however. But when we do hold a conversation it's clear has wind reduction built in.
Oh and forgot to add they are completely waterproof, we have been out all day in torrential rain and no issues.
