Yes, very much so.
Of the three mods you mention, the exhaust swap is actually the least economic in terms of improvement in performance against cost (but you've done it already!

. Changing the system (getting rid of the cat) will make a difference to the performance, but only a small one compared with fuelling and breathing mods; it’s more about weight-saving, aesthetics and sound.
The three most productive/economic mods to do, which will smooth out your ride, increase and broaden the spread of power are and sharpen up throttle response are:
1) Kev mod (fuelling) -
