I can only speak for the Trailmax and Battlewings compared to the Tourance. They are both far better road tyres, offering superior levels of grip both in the dry and wet, along with a greater resistance to "white-lining" and hold a staraighter line at speed, they also lasted longer and didn't square off as much on the rear (probably because you find them more confidence inspiring and naturally lean further over).
Any set of new tyres will feel a bit odd, or different from what was fitted before.
What I would say is that, if you intend spooning on the new road-bias rubber yourself, it's worth noting they will be a lot harder to get on than a dual-sport or off road tyre as they have a much stiffer carcass.
