To be frank, the Tenere crashes really well without unnecessary add-ons. The OE bash plate is stronger than it looks, it just doesn't cover a great enough area or provide a stable platform for raising the bike. I doubt you could add much extra value here and you'd be playing into a market that already has established players.
The hand guards are well covered too.
The screen, although a little more choice in shape and airflow would be nice, but not essential.
I think the niche market for the Tenere is the tail end. There are two tail tidies available, one is pug uggly (IMHO) the other looks like it may have some weak spots, although this is just a guess on my part as the haven't been out long enough to establish longevity.
MTC make a popular single end can, this leaves a space under the bike which could be exploited to give some much needed storage capacity.
A cheaper yolk setup, that makes use of some easily available front forks might appeal. Yes there are products available, but not everyone wants top of the range racing forks, a mid way improvement over the OE ones would interest some people.
