spring cleaning; new springs too short

The front on my 06 XTR is a bit soggy, so I ordered up a pair of Hagon progressive springs, stripped the front down to find the new springs are 100mm (4")too short - oh dear.

According to the Haynes manual XTR 633mm, XTX 593mm, XTZ 580mm and the Hagon 532mm, I contacted Hagon and they are going to sort something out and I'm sure they will.

What I'm wondering is has anybody else had a simular problem, or have found another solution.

The soggy problem came up when trail riding down a steep track and the front showed marks of bottoming out, ok it's a heavy bike to do that but the front is a bit soft compared to my TTR250.

Thanks in advance
