Luggage on the XT
Has anyone any experience of fitting hard luggage to an XT? I've currently got a Givi Monorack base plate fixed to a Yamaha rack but it sticks up in the air 3 or 4 inches higher than it needs to. Also the rack warns of a 5kg limit. Givi's XT660 specific Monolock mounting
looks a lot neater. Has anyone fitted one? Is it sturdy and easy to fit?
Also do you know a clever way of stopping your throwovers melting on the exhausts without
fitting a permanent frame.
