Did you use the (longer) bolts that would have come with the crash bar mounting kit or the OE ones. The Givi bolts may not have enough thread on them when used without the crash bar mounts as additional packing? It may be worth buying a fresh set of OE engine mount bolts as they do "stretch" if they are removed and retightened several times.
