My X (now traded for a KTM Duke 690), was not happy cruising at much more than 75, although I ran her flat out for a while at indicated 97 - I thought something would explode, so backed off!!
Bike was all standard except for MTC end cans, & they had pretty much no effect on power or top speed.....
