Hmmm.... not sure if an X (like mine) is ideal RTW. An R with lots of mods & adventure tyres sounds more like it! I read also that a couple of guys did London to Sidney on KTM 690 Enduro R, & said they were amazing....
Anyway, good luck, especially the 'upgrades'! & monitor the warfarin: not sure what the side effects are, but its serious medication.
