You could ask nicely one of the exhaust suppliers based in the UK like MTC, Scorpion etc to sell you one of their link pipes, but it of course would not necessarily be the right shape for the can you want to use?

I've used AAS Exhausts several times for custom bits and pieces for bikes and hybrid/lash-up Land Rovers, knowledgeable, friendly and no job too small. Give them a try. They are just off the Scotswood Road in Newcastle.
