Willingham Woods, I used to walk the kids there many moons ago.
I think the punishment was about right for what he did there. A six month ban and nearly a grand in fines should make him think a bit. I'm not sure a biker would have been treated any more harshly - that seems to be the kind of penalty silly bikers get these days.
Of course, with a front-facing camera like that, they wouldn't have got the reg number ...
