Pleiades is on a distinguished road
Im no heavyweight (85Kg geared up) and the best sag I could ever achieve with the stock springing on my (then new) Tenere was

Static sag (front): 50mm (24%)
Rider sag (front): 70mm (30%)

Static sag (rear): 70mm (35%)
Rider sag (rear): 90mm (45%)

The front still had a bit of spare preload left in hand, but the rear was up to maximum within 6K miles. It got more saggy as the OE suspension started fading (particularly the shock) from 10K miles (replaced at 12K miles).

Its all down to personal preference, feel and what you want to achieve. As a rough guide you want the suspension sitting/working in its sweet spot using between 30% and 70% of travel in normal conditions with rider on board without topping or bottoming out at the extremes.
