How to learn i have replaced spokes and re built wheels .I started replacing 6 at a time and progress from there,if can undo the nipples.Check the side to side run out and the oval run out.Tighten or slacken the spoke nipples. I just cleaned mine off with a brass wire brush and covered with air filter spray oil which i had lying around.
