Hi Marc,
Yep AC10`s are great in soft loamy soil and mud, I like em on my TTR250.
Now the BUT, AC10`s can be a very good tyre depending on terrain, air pressure and your skill.
On the road AC10`s can take a little getting used to (don't push to hard) and can be frightening on wet tar (trust me on this one). I have had these fitted to my TT600R before and they can be skaty on hard packed dirt and I have had them wash out a bit (also they don't last long on the 600).
For me I would not fit AC10`s to my 660 but it is a personal choice and depends on the terrain you ride in and your experience.
I personally think that Michelin T63 or Pirelli MT21 or Dunlop D606 would make a better choice and are more an allrounder use.
Tyres are a personal choice and what works for one may not work for another depending skill level, type of use etc.
Mate if you have any questions etc feel free to pm me as I am only to happy to help if I can.
